I am competent. I am a willing learner, and a fast learner. My objective is to accomplish all of my tasks and respect the people that work with me. I often resolve conflict and refocus groups. I offer new ideas and I help people create goals to achieve their own goals such as healing, hopes for successes, etc. My objective is to help people realize their goals in their mental and physical health, as well as in their work and environment. I will always strive to create a safe immediate environment, then expansion of that into more local areas.
