-Follow controls and regulations to ensure security of branch and cash box.
-Ensure that documents are uploaded into the database properly.
-Assist members while ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
-Open new member accounts and close accounts.
-Answer member inquiries such as their balance, rates, due dates, Etc., by navigating within the banking application software.
-Keep up with the current rates in order to answer members' questions.
-Keep current with all necessary regulations such as Regulation E and Regulation CC.
-Help members understand our online products and how to use them.
-Send, approve, and accept wire transfers.
-Perform all background processing for accounts opened online while ensuring all necessary documentation is on file in database system.
-Communicate effectively with the residents about their needs and ensure they are met every shift.
- Promote positive outcomes and a positive environment for the residents.
-Follow appropriate procedures for documenting and charting the residents' status while entering data into the charting application up to 3 times a day.
-Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate person.
-Responsible for recording vital signs for 20 plus patients a shift.
-Ensure all documentation is secured properly by HIPAA standards.
-Assist residents with any daily living tasks.
-Observe condition of residents and communicate any changes to the nurse.
-Manage time effectively in order to care for up to 30 residents at a time.
-Build positive relationships with residents and family of residents.
-Keep track of patient's input and output and record data into charting system every shift.
