Set goals, monitor work and evaluate results to ensure that divisional objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of EHS. Revamped all EHS publications to adhere to Miami brand standards in close partnership with University Communications and Marketing (UCM). Direct the development and maintenance of internal and external communication channels including the EHS website, social media, and email marketing to ensure that the design and content achieve the appropriate results. Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and higher education in order to monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues and adjust marketing and communication activities accordingly. Serve as liaison with Admissions, Alumni, and UCM offices on various initiatives related to recruitment, alumni relations and marketing/communication.
