- walking families through the admissions process
- manging an admissions territory of students who have not lists extracurricular intent, responsibilities for this include maintaining contact and logging contact with these students
- completing various tasks assigned from admissions department staff
- traveling and tabling at various local fairs representing Midway University
Responsibilities include
- Living on and managing Buster Hall 1st Floor (freshmen girls' floor)
- managing the building RA phone 5 PM to 8 AM when on-call
- performing nightly rounds when on-call
- assisting with any issues that may come up when on-call, such as lockouts and noise complaints
- on-call several times a month

- assisting Midway Admissions counselors

Responsibilities include:
- assisting with the overall components of Eagle Prep, Midway University's Freshman Orientation
- giving guided tours to groups and individual families
- encouraging team collaboration amongst incoming freshmen
- assisting various campus offices to ensure students receive the services provided
- assisting with check-in and check-out
Responsibilities include:
- managing two systems, PRIM and CourtNet
- making calls and documenting them
- processing sensitive files
- attending court in Woodford, Scott, and Franklin counties
- updating the databases as requested
Responsibilites include:
- assisting and communicating with faculty during curriculum hours
- ensuring students follow the schedule
- administering first-aid help to students
- creating and managing events for students
- nightly dorm hall rounds to ensure students are safe and secure
- management of both student and parent group chats
- effective communication with other camp counselors and camp administrators
Responsibilities include tutoring in the subjects of:

- Writing Consultation
- Tourism and Event Management
Responsibilities included;
- setting up and managing a booth that had information promoting Uwill to Midway Students
- distributing informational materials to students
- attending monthly progress meetings
- maintaining and submitting monthly timesheets
Responsiblities include:
- leading and mentoring Midway Universitys freshmen class of '24 and '25
- assisting MWY-101 course instructors with lesson planning and assignment execution
- working with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs
- communicating individually with students about assignments and campus resources
- leading fellow mentors and teaching them about mentoring as a returning mentor
- assisting in the running of The House Cup
Responsibilities include:
- leading individual and group tours around Midway Universitys campus
- providing accomodations tours for guests
- attending all admissions events and training sessions
- occasionally contributing content for University Marketing.
