Shift Manager at Zaxby's
I supervise and manage shifts, usually at night. I handle customer complaints, manage money, supervise employees, and am responsible for training all new hires. I am also responsible for managing labor, (how much profit the store is making versus how much we spend on people on-the-clock) as well as drive-time averages (how long a car gets in and out of the drive through.) My job entails a lot, but I enjoy it.
