Understanding Yoga's Roots in Evidence Informed Practice
This article, for the Interanational Association of Yoga Therapy's publication, "Yoga Therapy Today," discusses the links between the Samkhya Karika as a theoretical foundation for the inclusion of Evidence informed practice in delivery of care.
