As part of the Minerals for Ceramic division, my first rotation involves working for the Operational Excellence Program, having the following responsibilities for the Industry 4.0 project :
- Be the project manager for the Business Intelligence tools (M.E.S./ Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementation for our sites in Europe
- Analyze the priorities and the needs for automation of production processes in different plants in Europe
- Define the statement of requirements of different developments to be done, M.E.S. tools to implement
- Make the link between our industrial needs and IT capabilities
