- Create and implement a publicity plan for the Kent State chapter - Identify opportunities and generate ideas for media coverage - Plan and implement all media events, research and write content for the Her Campus websites and social media outlets - With assistance of public relations team, arrange community events and promotional activities - Train and educate public relations team.

- Implement social media strategy that’s in line with PRSSA and Kent State identity - Create, recognize, find, and cure valuable content to the Kent State community - Help identify needs and preferences of users

- Performs all functions relating to the handling of merchandise or cash in accordance with corporate policies - Administers all point of sale opening and closing procedures in accordance with corporate policy - Resolves all customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customer satisfaction in mind - Ensures that all customers receive receipts on all purchases - Operates cash register and receives payment from customer in cash or credit card, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required - Communicates all merchandise needs or issues to appropriate supervisors - Contributes to the overall display and presentation efforts within the store environment, including stocking/replenishing merchandise, following visual merchandising guidelines, and general store housekeeping duties - Participates in physical inventory counts as required
