Gabriel Farias Wanderley

I'm Gabriel, a 21-year-old Brazilian citizen born and raised in Poco das Trincheiras, a city located in the state of Alagoas. As a civil engineering student, I started out my academic career in 2012 at the Federal University of Alagoas, Brazil. At the age of 19 I engaged in a federal funded program named Cincias sem Fronteiras which is an exchange program. I studied abroad over one year and a half in the US at the University of Rhode Island, where the main field of study was the civil engineering area, plus a 3-4 months of intensive english course. To increment my experience, I had the opportunity to intern at the Rhode Island Transportation Department, working in the materials section. Currently, I am back to Brazil and residing in the city of Macei, where I am completing my studies in civil engineering and hopefully graduating by 2018.
