Grace Evans was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She is currently a senior at Alfred University pursuing her BFA and minors in Art History and Spanish. She has been in a variety of shows in Alfred, NY, exhibiting works in the Robert C. Turner Gallery and the Snodgrass Gallery. Her art focuses on memory, nostalgia, and concept of self. She uses paint, ceramics, photography, printmaking, and installation to explore material as it relates to her conceptual ideas. She currently operates her own home studio in Bethel Park, PA which functions as a space for painting, and both creating and firing ceramics.
In addition to her fine artwork, Grace has owned her own photography company since 2016 where she takes commercial photos and is a contract photographer for other businesses. Her work can be viewed at www.graceevansphotography.com
