I worked as a Business Information Specialist Intern at the Andover, MA Pfizer Campus.

-Worked within the Business Strategy and Operations Team in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
-Conducted data analytics to migrate all SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint 2013.
-Conducted a SharePoint data audit and made tools in excel to pass to Pfizer works for migration purposes.
-Lead several conference calls across the country with 100 executives briefing on current data status and of future strategical plans of data management.
-Lead a Limited Duration Team working on a social network marketing plan for future implementation.
-Constructed an executive plan to integrate Yammer, a social media platform, into SharePoint sites for the usage of small teams in clinical studies.
-Consulted scientists and executives on constructing new tools for innovation projects.
-Led reviews for all new project sites in Phase 1 and 2 developments.

I was re-hired for the summer of 2016 to fulfill a service advisor position at Tulley BMW in Nahua, NH. The responsibilities of this position included:

-Writing paperwork ahead of client visits to ensure a smooth vehicle service process
-Consulting customers on how to best accommodate their needs as well as the status of their vehicle
-Gained up-front personal customer service experience
-Gained insight into specialized corporate computer program systems
