I possess more than 7 years of progressive experience in the House Manager field. My professional history includes positions such as Manager at ALGI Auto Repair as well as Sales Manager at Argus Auto Sales and Repair. President of Comercial Carvalho-Magalhaes since 2011 till the present, in Brazil. and today at Weiners Residence as a House Manager since 2015 till the preset. As the House Manager, my responsibilities include, improving satisfaction to the customers by giving them comfort and eliminate problems, manage the activities and scheduling of the contractors, responsible of the cost spending in maintenance the Organization, I assisted in the successful completion of ensure damage and loss reports are documented in adherence with company practices, I coordinate activities with vendors and facilities. I also coordinate activities with the house and logistics carriers. My supervisor also relied on my ability to travel as required. My College degree in progress, capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power points, Outlook, I have fluid Spanish and Portuguese. Strong organizational, planning and communication skills, experience in an operational environment, well oriented, excellent communicator, a team player and a self-starter understanding team goals.
