Hi! I am a 24-year-old mom to two beautiful children and a wife to a loving husband. I have been in the medical field ever since I turned 18 years old. I first started out working in a plasma lab, then started doing phlebotomy/lab at our local hospital up until I ventured out of my comfort zone and started medical assisting and fell in love with it, but surgery has always been my real interest. I have Chiari malformation and had a brain surgery when I was 12 years old, so that is why I have chosen the surgical technology program. I also help my husband run the mobile mechanic business, which is an adventure itself. My favorite down time hobbies are spending it outside with my family. We love to go to museums, parks, zoos, hikes. My family and I spend our free time exploring what the world has to offer us.
