Haley Drown

I currently hold a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Human Resource Management. I received my B.A. from the University of Findlay on August 1, 2012 and the B.S. on December 17, 2014. I have started MBA classes as of August 2014 and plan to be finished in May of 2016. I have worked in two offices on campus part-time while taking courses at UF and completed an internship at the Hancock Historical Museum in downtown Findlay. I have demonstrated a leadership quality in a previous position by training new student employees and developing a student scanning manual. In my current office assistant position I am able to work on my customer service skills by answering multi-line phone and by assisting students who walk into the office. I am a very well organized person with a high attention to detail and while working with sensitive student data I am well aware of the need for confidentiality in the workplace. I am eager to learn new things and take constructive criticism well in hopes to better my skills. I am a self-starter with a high level of work ethic and have a strong sense of teamwork and community. I strive to be a person with integrity, sound judgment, a high degree of emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills.
