Working for a management company that provides a broad range of services for aspiring business owners, it's also a requirement that my skillset be broad as well. My primary responsibility is real estate transaction coordinating for both residential and commercial properties in every aspect of the sale. From following up and going above and beyond for our clients, recruiting new ones, setting up appointments with potential partners, scheduling meetings, translating, notarization and database keeping. Clerical duties and keeping up with the rapidly changing technologies in the business are also part of my overall duty as an assistant.
As a receptionist and assistant manager for a community business center, I was at the forefront of a crowd of a diverse clientele. I directed tenants and their visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handled all complaints, made calls and kept records of our tenants as well as redacted several letters, memos, and complimentary advertisements for them. Professiancy in excel and word were required as well as being bilingual.
