June, 09 2016 - Verified by Bard College at Simon's RockI spent one month working as an intern at the New Mexico State University Art Gallery. During this time I gained experience installing an exhibition and caring for artworks, photographing the exhibition space and specific artworks, running the front desk of the gallery, as well as taking photos during the opening reception. I also handled some advertising and social media for the exhibition and gallery.
Two photos of my own are on display in the New Acquisitions / Nuevas Adquisiciones exhibition. They are images of the Community Weave gifted to the gallery by John Garrett, and are shown below.
