Worked under the manager in enforcing pool rules, maintaining focus on patron safety while also ensuring that teams of four lifeguards completed their assigned tasks.Responded to the needs of club members and monitored the cleanliness of high traffic areas on the pool deck. Tested and documented chemical levels of the pool, adjusting them as needed. Reacted quickly and efficiently to emergency situations and ensured that team knew safety protocol. Allowed me to hone management skills in a high stress setting.
