Provided telehealth and in-person therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with Eating Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Personality Disorders, Self-Injury, Trauma and Disassociation related disorders. Also focused on helping clients address issues related to perfectionism, life transitions (e.g. high school to college; young adulthood transitions; new parenthood, etc.), identity development, and recovery from spiritual/religious abuse
Utilized ACT, DBT, CBT, Interpersonal Therapy as evidenced based approaches to assist clients in facilitating change
Utilized Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) with clients presenting with OCD, phobias, and other conditions when clinically relevant
Provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults suffering from eating disorders, the effects of interpersonal trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
Utilize psychological assessment to identify underlying cognitive, behavioral, and personality factors that may be contributing to an individual's difficulty in life functioning.
Synthesis and present results and practical treatment recommendations to client, client's family, and to referring clinician
-Provide individual therapy to residents on adolescent lodges. Presenting issues include: Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, an Self-Harm
-Lead development of interdisciplinary treatment plan in collaboration with all treatment team members
-Communicate quickly and efficiently with treatment team on resident care
- Collaborate with referring therapist/treatment teams on goals and treatment objectives for residential treatment

Provided as needed coverage of individual therapy and case management for Adult, Geriatric, and Special Intensity Unit for individuals with chronic and severe mental health problems and those that presented with severe psychosis
Preformed on going chart audits to ensure compliance with Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) standards
Completed comprehensive psychosocial evaluations of new patients and communicated patient needs and initial treatment plan to larger treatment team

*Provide coverage for a wide range of groups in program development department. These include DBT skills groups, Stages of Recovery, Art Therapy, Yoga & Movement Groups.

*Appropriately challenge resident's to implement new coping skills and challenge maladaptive thinking patterns
* Coach residents in DBT skills modules and help them begin to understand and implement skills in their daily lives
*As an Expressive/Movment therapist- Encourage residents to experience themselves and their bodies in a new a healthy way in Movement & Yoga groups
-acts as a clinical advisor to Serve & Protect by assisting in continuing to inform the larger leadership team on the latest research on PTSD treatment and what might be especially effective for safety professionals (eg firefighters,police officers, first responders, etc).
-provides information on referral resources to keep Serve and Protect's referral list as high quality as possible.
-actively consults with Serve & Protect on ways to begin to educate public safety professions on how to better care for those offices and serve men and women who have a PTSD diagnosis,
* Collaborated with counseling team to design and implement multiple Outreach Events throughout the school year, including: RA/ResLife Trainings, Depression and Suicide Screenings, Study Skills and Stress Management workshops during mid-terms and finals, NEDA Awareness week, etc
* Provided clinical supervision to a Masters Level Intern and supervised her work with 6-7 individual clients
*Developed and co-led a group focused on improving body image and having a healthier relationship with food
* Provided crisis appointments as needed to students who walked-in in a crisis situation
*Maintained a varied caseload of traditional college aged clients focusing on issues such as: identity development, healthy boundaries in relationships, eating issues, abuse, sexual assault, etc
* Collaborated with Residence Life, Nurses, Dietitians on campus when needed to provide best care for the client
* Trained in using Titanium software for scheduling and record keeping
* Worked with both adult and adolescent residents presenting with a wide variety of presenting issues including: Eating Disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder), Personality Disorders, Exercise Addiction, Substance Abuse, Major Depression, Bi-Polar, Self-Injury, and Suicidal Ideation.

* Lead groups based on the 12-step principles, including "Women's Way" 12-Step approach.
