Congratulations to the nine College of Science and Mathematics Outstanding Graduating Student Award recipients! The students and their faculty mentors were honored on Saturday, April 28. The College's 2017-2018 student recipients are Omar Ugarte Trejo, M.S. in Chemical Sciences; Kevin Patel, B.S. in Biochemistry; Reagan Hooper, B.S. in Chemistry; James Thornhill, M.S. in Integrative Biology; Rebecca Webster, B.S. in Environmental Science; Lee Spence, B.S. in Mathematics; David Axford, B.S. in Biology; Matthew Forslund, B.S. in Physics; and Jonathan Boardman, M.S. in Applied Statistics. Each year, department faculty in the College of Science and Mathematics choose one outstanding graduating student per academic degree program.
