My duties included scheduling patients, processing patient payments/insurance, and assisting clients with physical exercises and the application of post-therapy treatment.
During these weeks of summer employment I averaged working 70-80 hours per weeks. Within one week of my arrival, I was placed in charge of the work crews that packed and shipped commercial fish orders to retailers. I was responsible for managing the daily workflow of the fish processing plant, which included scheduling work hours for 12-13 employees, prioritizing assignments, and ensuring that product orders were filled and shipped on time. I received a $4/hour pay increase within two weeks of arrival.
