In my leadership style, I strive for a democratic environment where all team members can share their ideas and contribute creatively. My primary leadership trait is agreeableness and conscientiousness. I am courteous, considerate, tolerant, trustworthy, and willing to assist. Others describe me as empathetic and likable. My other leadership attributes include being organized, goal-oriented, and dependable. I am not temperamental, nervous, irritable, or moody. My personality leans more towards introversion than extroversion in certain circumstances; I am outgoing, but not overly talkative. I need to work on my social skills to be a more successful leader as I am naturally shy. My actions and efforts in implementing my leadership strategies speak louder than words. I believed in implementing strategic policies and plans in achieving missions and visions than just speaking about them or just saving them on manuals. Given that leaders are generally expected to be extroverts by nature, I would like to improve my extroversion skills. I am an emotionally intelligent person. To manage my relationships with team members and colleagues effectively, I do not allow my emotions to interfere with my work. I am empathic towards others' feelings.
