Greetings and God Bless! I am an Early Childhood Education provider with over twelve years of hands on experience. I am looking for Partners interested in building a non-profit Christian Ministry that starts with Gifts From God Academy. I wish to start out serving Infants to Preschool and develop a plan for increasing up thru 12th grade, and into the family. I have many ideas and I know together, You and I can build a high quality program serving the whole child and family! As a Director I strive from open to close to ensure the proper operation of the center. I will go out and get to know local business neighbors and their needs, and create a place in the community for us to thrive! I take pride in my work and I will strive to make a good name for those I partner with! I am experienced in preparing a center and its employees for inspections; for the state officials, as well as for achieving Accreditation, and have passed 100% every time. Upon honest reflection a weakness in myself I can identify is that I struggle with aggressive confrontation from an angry parent, but I have learned simply listening can go a long way in good conflict resolution.
