Joseph Howell

My name is Joseph Howell and I am currently a first-year student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, studying Architectural Engineering. I am looking to further my knowledge and experience through an internship in the field of engineering, architecture, or construction. As noted below, I have leadership, teamwork, and project experience through Boy Scouts, FIRST Robotics, my Capstone Project, and my Great Problems Seminar Project. Through leadership experience in Boy Scouts and my high school robotics team, I have learned and developed many leadership and teamwork skills such as working with my peers build a robot or plan an event and working adult mentors and leaders to organize events, meetings, and work with them to keep the team/group running efficiently. In addition, with the completion of my Great Problems Seminar project at WPI, I have learned how to work with a diverse group of people to complete a project. By completing my high school capstone project and a architectural design course in high school, I have experience with Autodesk Revit along with knowledge on design and structure. I can't wait to see what opportunities await me!
