Jessica Grubert

I have worked on a variety of campaigns at RDI. Currently, I answer phone calls and help people book reservations. I use active listening skills to help customers book the proper packages at the correct day and time. I also help customers with any issues they may have. In the past I have also been in sales. I have also helped people get set up on different platforms and helped with payment issues.

While working here, I was responsible for the front end of the grocery store. This included managing cashiers, baggers, and utility clerks. I was responsible for making sure the lobby had enough carts and the store looked clean. I was responsible for handling accounting, as well as the customer service desk. Here I used a lot of listening skills and empathy with customers to figure out their issues or complaints and to assist them accordingly.
