My journey commenced as a primary teacher within preschool and school-age settings, where I honed my pedagogical skills through years of hands-on engagement. Transitioning into the role of a sole teacher in a toddler room, I assumed full accountability for the development and care of two-year-old's, further diversifying my expertise. Throughout my career, I have adeptly collaborated with fellow educators as a co-teacher and classroom facilitator across diverse age groups, fostering inclusive learning environments conducive to holistic growth. My progression to lead teacher roles underscores my commitment to leadership and instructional excellence, a journey supported by my attainment of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, which I have maintained for eight years. Beyond the classroom, my leadership extends to administrative realms, where I have served as an administrator and director of early childhood education programs for six years. During my tenure, I have demonstrated a steadfast dedication to program enhancement and quality assurance, exemplified by the attainment of a 4-star rating with Step Up to Quality for my initial center and a subsequent 5-star rating for my subsequent establishment. Underpinning my practical experience is a foundation of academic rigor, reflected in my attainment of an associate's degree in Prekindergarten Education.
