February, 06 2020 - Verified by Miami UniversityAt the Armstrong Student Center, I work in the various restaurants located within the building, such as Pulley Diner, Red Zone, Toasted Bagel, Sundial Pizza, and Haine's Boulangerie. I prepare food and run the cashier/take orders from customers. I also clean, organize, and stock. Starting in the fall of 2019, I will be given the position of shift lead.
At Safari Junction, I ran the cash register for the gift shop and zoo entrance. I also cleaned animals barns and enclosures and fed and watered the animals.
At Wendy's, I took orders for inside customers and for customers in the drive-thru. I prepared food for customers and put food out for customers to pick up. I helped close the store by cleaning, stocking, and organizing.
As a building manager at the Armstrong Student Center, I do head counts of the people in the building so that we can monitor expansion necessities, make sure rooms are locked and unlocked when needed, and assist the ambassador with their duties.
At Roell's Ridge Dairy Cow Farm, I cleaned the automatic milkers, cleaned the milking parlor after milking, milked about 100 cows, and helped move cows.
