Jennifer Graham

Jennifer earned a Masters degree from UNCW in Integrated Marketing Communication (MA IMC with honors). She graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Communication (concentration in Journalism, minor in Computer Science). Additionally, she earned a Graduate Certificate from UNC-Chapel Hill in Technical Communication. Jennifer is an APMP-certified Proposal Manager serving on the award-winning North American Bid & Proposal Center of Excellence team at SAS Institute Inc. (SAS). Additionally, she has 20+ years of experience in various roles, including proposal manager/coordinator/writer and award-winning technical writer. Jennifer has taken an interdisciplinary approach to her academic and professional careers, cultivating diverse knowledge and experiences that inform the best practices; providing content development strategy, web and graphic design, and information architecture in these roles spanning education, technology, finance, management consulting, and biopharma industries. She is currently serving the role of Social Media Chair of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Carolinas Chapter. Jennifer's IMC research areas of interest include inclusion and engagement, marketing communication ethics, and the impacts on cultural intersectionality and representation in IMC.
