Worked as the main baker and decorator of the bakery over the whole summer. I handled all special orders including: personalized cakes, cupcake orders for all events, which included a 600 cupcake order for a wedding. I worked long shifts and delegated tasks to other employees who came in for the day. I also ordered and kept track of inventory in the store, and continually kept it clean and running smoothly.
Trained as a bakery clerk and cake decorator, which includes custom cake orders. Perfected producing quality products in large quantities in a short time frame. Learned how to take and track inventory orders. Worked long shifts, including holidays, to keep up with the demand rush.
I was cross trained on multiple positions including: cashier, bagger, a food preper, and on the screens (assembling orders). I trained upward of 20 employees on basic responsibilities, and 4-5 who are now current managers. I have experience working under high pressure and through large rushes that occurred from working in a mall unit, and worked several Black Friday and other large event rushes. I am skilled with Chick-fil-A's high standard of customer service. I also handled money, learned POS systems, and acquired food and sanitation skills.
