Responsible for seating management and service in the Club's restaurant and pool deck. I gave specialized customer service, connecting with members on a personal level. I also maintained COVID-19 protocols during the sharp uptake in to-go service, ensuring a great customer experience even outside of the Club.
Responsible for maintenance of visual merchandising standards including zoning and regular product refresh.
