Working in conjunction with the Management of Pharmacy, ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations that govern the practice of Pharmacy within Home Care. Maintaining sterile compounding and clinical competency in compliance to policy and sufficient to meet pharmacy standards for patient safety and effective therapy; compounds, dispensing and performing clinical activities to these standards. Implementing policy and regulatory required record systems and processes for the pharmacy. Maintaining compliance to the BioScrip formulary. Participate in the pharmacy on-call rotation. Performs other duties as assigned.

Accurately assemble and manage patient medications to ensure patient safety. Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock, placing and expediting orders, anticipating patient medi-cation needs, removing outdated drugs. Comply with procedural rules and regulations by fostering a safe environment and contributing to team effort. Resolved patient concerns by listening, identifying the root issue, maintaining constant communication and implementing the best resolution possible. Provide superior customer service by addressing patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Took initiative to improve rating with corporate by making PCQ calls for patient adherence. Ensure patients have accurate data in our systems to avoid delays in insurance or request denials. Perform other duties as assigned.

Provide non-classroom, academic instruction to students on an individual or small-group basis for proactive or remedial purposes. Monitor student performance or assist students in academic environments, like classrooms, laboratories, or computing centers. Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students. Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions according to students needs goals.
