For the past 10 years, I have been working in the field of customer service and now I am relatively comfortable and confident to communicate face-to-face with customers, suppliers, and co-workers. With my rich experience in servicing customers, I have relatively clear verbal communication skill and strong performance skill, which I am good in conveying information clearly and maintaining professionalism when interact with customers to maintain my company's image and reputation. While working as an administrative assistant, I have developed strong teamwork skills, which I am willing to receive feedback and work along with my co-workers by contributing effort and ideas. Whether working as sales associate or administrative assistant, I have been a patient member with multilingual skills. In order to work in a challenging environment, I believe that being patient is the strength that would make me successful in workplace.
