I'm an experienced UX Design team leader with a passion for Content Strategy. I believe that great design is inspired by empathy for people. I have a knack for problem solving and I'm always excited for the next opportunity to solve a puzzle with a beautiful wireframe or the perfect site map. -Managing a team of designers and writers to produce print-to-digital resources for KitchenAid in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This includes implementing input from translators, engineers, marketers, and legal and codes experts to meet international standards for product usability and communication in both web and print formats.
-Working with IT and design departments to design and implement websites and mobile applications for international corporate clients, including Whirlpool and Bissell. This involves designing user research plans; implementing appropriate usability testing and finding recruits to participate; and collaborating on iterations of wireframes, site maps, and other essential UX deliverables as needed to communicate to team members and stakeholders.
-Collaborating with engineers, usability experts and marketers to integrate brand standards and user experience in all web and print materials that my team designs.
