Joanna currently lives in southern California with her husband, two cats, and extensive book collection. She is on staff with the International Geek Girl Pen Pals Club and spends her time writing or traveling as often as possible. She loves national parks, wildlife conservation, geeky conventions, and weird roadside attractions. She knows that Han shot first. Joanna still hasnt decided what shes going to be when she grows up, though she suspects it will probably be herself. Her debut YA sci-fi novel, Threadwalkers, is published by 50/50 Press.
