The Marketing Communications Coordinator assists with the reinforcement of The Hartford value proposition and creates and enables appropriate engagement with internal and external audiences. The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays an important customer service role within Small Commercial Marketing, supporting and ensuring the execution of all internal and external requests to completion. Key responsibilities: • Work with business partners to gather business requirements as needed • Ongoing management of SharePoint sites • Support the execution and delivery of all assets • Manage all Small Commercial Content for all delivery mechanisms, including maintenance of inventory. • Manage collection of marketing assets, review quarterly with team and purge as needed. • Work with analytics on engagement results • Manage delivery of all Sales Tools • Work with SBAC Marketing Manager to ensure all Small Commercial deliverable meet their needs. • Manage all co-branding agency deliverables Key skills and knowledge areas: • Teamwork and collaboration • Marketing automation • Website and content management for all properties • Internal processes • Small Commercial product and process knowledge

As a Sales Associate I • Provide excellent customer service in a family owned entrepreneurial setting • Assist the owner in both the financial aspect of sales and marketing opportunities • Maintain and organize the floor to ensure organization and visual appeal • Responsible for opening and closing the store, and efficiently complete all management tasks • Manage Facebook, Instagram and all other social media communications for sales and marketing • Review data related to social media posts, and advise the owner on the best marketing strategies
