Jonathan Hernandez

I am currently an undergraduate student at Rockford University with a passion towards Criminal Justice and specifically focusing on helping improve the communities. My main goal is to lead teens in the right path in order for them to be successful in life. I work with teens on a daily basis and communicate the importance of obtaining a college degree. I also encourage them to stay out of trouble and by that I create fun after school activities and tutor them. I keep teens busy by making sure they are being proactive. The main reason I mostly work with teens is because they are going through different stages in their life that they don't know what path to take. Teens are more vulnerable into falling down the wrong path quickly. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from Rockford University, I look forward into becoming a police officer in Rockford. My main goal is to keep the communities safe, therefore, I look forward to enforce the laws on everyone, not just those who break the law.
