Found over 30 fraudulent credit card purchases by running search queries, then researched the transactions and solved how the criminal used multiple accounts and credit cards to commit fraud. Completed the accounting work needed to record the fraudulent transactions in our system and handled all charge-back reports filed from the victims of the fraud. Created and organized an electronic file system storing over 200 company contracts which are to be automatically inserted into a database at a future date. This made contracts more easily accessible to other employees thereby increasing workplace productivity. Managed an inbox of incoming refund and A/R requests. Work included: Processing refunds and creating credit memos, contacting major companies and customers, and handling incoming wire requests. Used Excel to produce easily-read monthly reports from the receipt registers of sales representatives.

Responsibilities include: 1. Assist in executive duties and decisions as assigned by the President, supervise board members. 2. Ensure adherence to each role’s responsibilities. 3. Provide leadership and guidance to other board members. Achievements: Implemented Google Analytics into organization website to help with analyzing traffic flow and improve SEO. Researched and solved issues regarding search engine optimization. By the end, our website was accessible through the first 2 links of a search on all major search engines. Authored multiple pieces of content used on organization website. Organized events to improve camaraderie, professionalism, and awareness within the program. Managed the Mentor-Mentee program, a system designed to help incoming freshmen with the transition into the rigorous Computer Science & Business program.

As an Orientation Leader (OL), my primary role is to guide first-year students through their transition from high school to university life. Achievements: Facilitated discussions, gave presentations, showed first-year students campus, and scheduled & participated in team activities that build relationships. Attended 1.5 hour weekly training sessions that taught presentation, facilitation, diplomacy, and social skills. During training we are constantly working in teams to constantly work on cooperation and team-building skills.
