Found over 30 fraudulent credit card purchases by running search queries, then researched the transactions and solved how the criminal used multiple accounts and credit cards to commit fraud. Completed the accounting work needed to record the fraudulent transactions in our system and handled all charge-back reports filed from the victims of the fraud. Created and organized an electronic file system storing over 200 company contracts which are to be automatically inserted into a database at a future date. This made contracts more easily accessible to other employees thereby increasing workplace productivity. Managed an inbox of incoming refund and A/R requests. Work included: Processing refunds and creating credit memos, contacting major companies and customers, and handling incoming wire requests. Used Excel to produce easily-read monthly reports from the receipt registers of sales representatives.
