I work in the call center answering phone calls for residential and commercial accounts for repairs, deliveries, disconnects, connects, gas leaks, complaints, and payments. Assist with collections and billing of customers. Performs clerical work such as fax, voicemail, scan, email, mail, correspondence, scheduling, creation of spreadsheets and making copies. Type in service orders and process them for completion. Monthly safety reviews are performed along with quarterly assessments. Customer Service training is issued along with company improvement meetings.

I worked as a skills trainer for Special Education. Prompted students to stay on task, focus, and finish work on time. Helped with office tasks such as copying, creating worksheets and lesson plans. Watched students and observe/take notes of behavior. Helped students interact with others in and out of the classroom.

I was a summer hire and I obtained a federal government background check. Duties include performing automation and administrative tasks for various departments (typing and manipulating documents, sending emails, paper-based and electronic records management, share point training); assisting with general clerical work in support of the college (distributing mail, operating office equipment, answer telephones); carrying out basic manual labor tasks (carrying boxes, shredding paper and floppy discs, setting up and cleaning up for fundraising and off-site events).
