Head Ground Crew Manager at High Exposure Aerial Advertising

Ground crew support for Airplane Banner Company. Duties include setting up banners for airplanes to pick up, picking up banners after a flight, keeping field organized, assembling banners, and maintaining radio communication to pilots. Requires a high degree of outdoor activity. Working in intense heat for extended periods of time at a steady pace. The position is weather dependent. Must be safety oriented, detail oriented and able to recognize when things need to be done without being asked. Great job for a teacher, high school/college student or anyone looking for summer income.
