Judy Harara

Judy is a health education and promotion specialist and a health and wellness coach whose work is rooted in health education, wellness promotion and science education. Her career centers on empowering individuals to better understand their health and make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their health & wellbeing and long-term quality of life. She is especially passionate about prevention and supporting individuals in their health and wellbeing as well as reducing the impact of chronic conditions through thoughtful, personalized coaching that entails health education & promotion. Grounded in genuine care for people, Judy is also passionate about making health and wellbeing more inclusive, thoughtful, and responsive by partnering with local communities, families, and employees. Judy graduated with high academic distinction from the University of Alabama, where she built a strong scientific foundation that continues to inform her work as a health education and promotion specialist, health and wellness coach coach and science educator.
