Provide ad hoc development and support of numerous processes, analyses, and projects, including chain account reporting, territory transfers, ISV software conversions, equity and non-equity wholesaler setup, and pricing-related functions for large retailers.

Ensure the timely receipt and verification of data files for equity and non-equity wholesaler locations, including sales, inventory, retailer account data, and value in price reporting (VIPR) files.

Assist the Mortgage Loan Manager with projects related to Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) processing
o Review HELOC documents and advance to next step in processing
o Use coding knowledge to update and enhance efficiency of Encompass Loan software.
