In Dec 2016 I completed coursework for an MBA at Georgia Tech with a concentration in Strategy and Operations Management. I plan to use this to bring value to multi-national companies while pursuing my passion for learning about cultures across the world. Professionally, I am an Operations and Project Management professional with a track record in fulfillment, internal consulting, leadership and change management. Currently, I am a Senior Customer Ops Manager with responsibilities of implementing operational metrics, improving service levels and championing customer focused initiatives across North and Latin America regions. With an operations background in a Fortune 10 company, I bring experience from execution and team leadership to program and project management. Daily I work both cross-functionally and globally with colleagues in nearly every continent. I've led tactical fulfillment operations responsible for team leadership of a $600M US North & West region to be promoted later to operations leadership of the $1.4B North America region. During this time I built a strong reputation as a cross functional leader with the ability to think quickly during times of need and proactively prevent operational issues. Additionally, I've worked in program management, project management and Lean Six Sigma. As a program manager I had the opportunity to introduce a new innovative offering to our North America customers: successfully facilitating multiple Lean Action Workouts, negotiating a SOW and $1M PPE purchase with vendor. As part of this program, I created and monitored program related KPIs and coordinated $6M+ in inventory purchases. Operationally, this required managing 80+ fulfillment projects per year across fulfillment and warehouse resources. These efforts delivered in excess of $8M in business cost savings per year. As a LSS Black Belt I executed and mentored CI projects across our supply chain operations and sourcing teams.
