Host- Greeting the guest as they come in and thanking them when they leave. This job also includes managing where every guest sits and what servers get parties.

Guest Assistant- Bussing tables and making sure they are clean for the next guest, helping servers with anything they need, and assisting guests when asked.

Answering clients phone calls and providing support through the phone or going to the client's location to provide support.
