I am the official Animal Presenter for the zoos of Answers in Genesis: the Ararat Ridge Zoo at the Ark Encounter and the Eden Animal Experience at the Creation Museum. I have worked with nearly 100 species of animals throughout my 14-year zoo career at eight different facilities. In my current position, I am responsible for our animal ambassador collection as well as all shows, programs, tours, outreach, social media, and content writing for our zoos. I am also a speaker for the ministry, and I write and edit for the award-winning Answers magazine.

Animal Presenter at Answers in Genesis

I participated in daily California sea lion and beluga care, husbandry, and enrichment. I was also involved in shows and training sessions as well as ongoing research projects.

I was involved in the routine tasks of California sea lion, harbor seal, and sea otter care, husbandry, and enrichment. I was also involved in harbor seal training and gave multiple daily pinniped and sea otter microphone presentations.

Creation or Evolution - Where Did All the Species Come from?

This is my lecture detailing the biblical vs. secular viewpoint on the origin of species. I delve into the difference between created kinds and species. I explain natural selection, mutations, and selective breeding, and hybridization. Lastly, we use that knowledge to answer how Noah fit all the animals on the Ark.

This presentation discusses how Noah fit the animals on his Ark to be saved from the global Flood of Genesis. How large was the Ark? How many animals were needed? How did Noah's family feed, water, and clean up after the animals? How did the kangaroos get to Australia? All these questions and more are addressed.
