Assisted researcher David Lubertazzi in sorting samples of ants collected from his most recent trip to Hispaniola. His goal is to catalog every species of ant currently present on the island. Also worked on database information cataloguing for the museum and data entry for the website Lubertazzi maintains, AntWiki.

Intern: Breda M. Zimkus, Cryogenic Collection at Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology
Worked in the Cryogenic (cold storage) department at the MCZ under herpetologist, Harvard Medical School anatomy professor, and Cryo Collections Manager Dr. Breda Zimkus. Catalogued and manually transferred amphibian tissue samples into -270ºF liquid nitrogen storage. Managed data entry associated with the samples for MCZBase, the museum's comprehensive database. Dissected preserved reptilian specimens to send samples on loan to other institutions for research.
