Responsible for participating in the development of functional requirements and functional design documentation for small to medium sized Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. Focus on gathering, reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and providing solutions to user needs. Functional responsibilities include: • Documentation and maintenance of functional requirements • Participation in the design of use cases, functional specifications, reports, and screen prototypes • Contributions to user guides, reference manuals, and training materials as appropriate • Participation in the review of test cases • Discussions with project managers, developers, test teams, and business users/BAs • Configuration and knowledge conveyance of Salesforce platform I also double as a fill-in Project Lead and am serving as co-chair of the Clarks Summit division of MetLife's Women's Business Network.
