Beginning at the age of 6 I started ballet, later joining a professional ballet company here in San Diego. This art form, along with my schooling at SDSU, gave me a profound amount of knowledge about the professional and artistic realms that are required to coexist in artistic fields.

Dancer at California Ballet Company
Corps de Ballet dancers are required to attend five or more classes a week to maintain physical and mental health. In addition, all rehearsals that the dancer is called for must be attended to ensure the positive outcome of the performance. Other responsibilities include assisting with the wardrobe department, social media, and marketing.
