I am an enthusiastic analyst and planner specializing in problem solving, training and accounts payable. For the last three and 1/2 years I have worked at Kerry Foods and have felt support and have been encouraged to continue my development. I started as a Supply Excellence Analyst, but near the end of year 3 I was offered the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Supply Chain Taskforce. The position is both challenging and rewarding as you work to solve new problems daily- supporting the Operations and Supply Chain team with the data they need to make the right decision is extremely satisfying. It is important to me that I am able to make a difference for someone else in my daily activities and this definitely serves that purpose. I am well versed in maintenance purchasing, maintenance reliability and supervision, preventative maintenance and parts analysis, schedule planning, supply and demand planning, AR and AP. I have worked in Kronos, SAP and ADP to process payroll. I am certified in SAP Asset Management and Procurement. I have over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. I very much enjoy a challenge and learning new things. I received my undergraduate degree in English in 2001 with the intentions of working my entire life as a journalist/writer. Despite changing careers soon after due to financial needs, I have managed to freelance write the entirety of my career- also taking time to tutor local adults trying to further their education. I am a very happy Mawmaw at 44 years old about to celebrate 21 years of marriage with my sweetheart. In addition to having 5 dogs, we have a cat, 5 Rabbits and 4 geese we very much enjoy passing time with.
