SME is a national professional society that strives to promote manufacturing. The RIT chapter of SME strives to promote manufacturing through the building of professional relationships and positive interactions in the surrounding communities. Link: ritsme.com This year our team has striven to create stronger ties with the RIT community as well as build a manufacturing cell that focuses on various STEM related disciplines. The cell is a prototype that has been designed to be modular, for easy operation and transport.
