On top of the other responsibilities of a Resident Adviser, I was responsible to co-facilitate meetings with the members of this specific living-learning community.
I drove shuttles to the Destiny USA Mall. I also ran shuttles to Target and to the bus/train station in Syracuse New York for students who did not have their own means of transportation.
While in this position, I was responsible to ensure student safety and enforce policies at Cazenovia College.
For these two seasons, I worked as the Team Building Activities Group Activity Leader. During these seasons, I was responsible to implicate lesson plans that involve campers learning effective teamwork strategies and skills. I was also responsible for campers safety on the Low-ropes course and the High-ropes course on our camp grounds.
I worked as a counselor for the 2015 season. I was responsible for monitoring campers and guiding them from activity to activity. I had to act as a role model for the campers and help assist in any of the group activities where I am asked too.
