Kelly Kane, Ph.D.

I'm a social psychologist with a specific focus on media psychology, and a very specific focus on misinformation and persuasion effects. I research how mediated communication (TV, social media, etc.) differs from face-to-face communication, and the ways that we asses the quality of information we encounter online. I also dabble in writing about science fiction from the perspective of a media psychologist.
